What do we do?

Having established from you the fault that you are experiencing, we undertake our own investigations to identify the fault and the root cause of it.  Following our preliminary work WCS will contact you and give a detailed explanation of our findings, the options available and an estimated cost before proceeding with the work.


How long does a PC repair take?

In some instances repairs can be completed on the same day as received, but occasionally due to parts availability it can take up to seven days.


Can you repair at my premises?

Usually we prefer to undertake PC repairs in our WCS workshop, however we do carry out some repairs off-site but there is an additional charge for home surgery.
